Our   Health    Guarantee


              We  guarantee our puppies to be in good health to the best of our       knowledge.  A deposit of $250 will hold your puppy untill say pup is ready to ship. Deposit  are non-refundable.  Your puppy is guarantee until one year of age against fatal and life altering congenital diseases which adversely affect the health of the puppy. We also offer a two years on heart and hips. If the puppy dies within one year of his/her birthday, you must paid to have it autopsied to ascertain reason of death. If reason is congenital, we will replace the puppy, excluding transportation cost where applicable.

          All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. We do not give refunds.

          A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:

          The puppy/dog must show the defect by one year of age for congeneted disease and two years of age for heart or hips. We must be notified of the problem within two (2) business days of the licensed veterinarian’s determination the problem. We will then provide a replacement puppy.

           The replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality.

            You are responsible for transportation costs to and from us on a replacement puppy. No refund, in part or full will be given at any time.

           We will not be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred. You as the buyer, are fully aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understand that you will be responsible for all payments.

          As of the date of delivery, your puppy has received proper shots and has been de-wormed on a strict schedule. You have been informed of the puppy’s shots and de-worming schedule and are aware of future shots and de-wormings that will be due.

          This guarantee does not cover Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which are comman in puppies that are shipped and is usually caused by stressed. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and like the common cold must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough, on its own, is not life threatening.

           There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, such as but limited to allergies,  thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, cancer,and tumors growths are not covered by this guarantee.

           There is no guarantee that you will be able to show or breed your puppy regardless of show or breeding potential.
